Availability of pieces

All of our pieces are fabricated in our NYC studio. As we custom cut many of our stones, please allow 3 – 4 weeks for your order to be completed. If a piece you order is in stock, we will notify you and ship it promptly.


Amy Glaswand accepts all major credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard and American Express ). We require a 50% down payment to begin production, with the final 50% paid before shipping. For security, the billing address must be the same as the address on file with your credit card company. If they do not match, there will be a delay in processing the order. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Amy Glaswand does not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States. The only exception is the delivery of items in the state of New York, which will require that NY State sales tax be applied.


Domestic insured shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) is free of charge with UPS/FedEx insured shipping. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us at,, and we will try to accommodate you. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders require a signature upon delivery of a person 18 years of age or older. If you wish to waive the signature requirement, please let us know in the notes at checkout or via email. We cannot ship jewelry to a P.O. Box address.

Returns & Exchanges

All domestic orders can be returned - if we receive the merchandise, in original condition and packaging, within 5 days of receipt. Refunds to be applied to the original form of payment. Please contact, to authorize a return. The original shipping costs will not be refunded, and shipping costs for the return are at the expense of the customer. All International Orders are FINAL SALE. All custom orders are also FINAL SALE.

We recommend that you ship merchandise to return via Fedex, UPS or insured Parcel Post, with tracking and insurance to cover the purchase price. Amy Glaswand will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for return packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled.


Please email, with information as to the item, and type of repair needed, your original sales invoice, and contact information.
We will determine if we can accept this item for repair and then authorize that the item to be shipped to us. We are not responsible for any repairs on items manufactured by us, which have been altered by a third party. Shipping costs to ship and return the item will be invoiced to you.
Please allow one week for repair assessment once we have received the item. Repairs can require 4 – 6 weeks to complete.
